“FOREST FANS STEAL THE SHOW WITH ‘NEW CHANT’ AS CHELSEA SUPPORTERS WALK OUT IN FRUSTRATION AFTER A HUMILIATING DEFEAT ‘MAKE THIS OUR ANTHEM’”

Chelsea F.C. supporters arrived at Stamford Bridge hoping to see their side continue building momentum in the Premier League, but by full-time the story had completely shifted from what happened on the pitch to the deafening noise coming from the travelling Nottingham Forest F.C. fans.

Forest stunned the home crowd early when Taiwo Awoniyi struck after just two minutes to silence Stamford Bridge. The visitors doubled their lead in the 15th minute when Igor Jesus calmly converted from the penalty spot after Chelsea were punished for a clumsy defensive mistake.

The atmosphere inside the stadium quickly became tense as frustrated Chelsea fans watched their side struggle to respond. Despite enjoying long spells of possession, the Blues looked vulnerable every time Forest pushed forward. Their frustration only grew after halftime when Taiwo Awoniyi struck again in the 52nd minute to make it 3-0 and send the away end into complete chaos.

While João Pedro pulled one back deep into stoppage time, it did little to change the mood inside Stamford Bridge. By then, thousands of home supporters had already begun leaving their seats as the away section celebrated one of their most memorable victories of the season.

What truly sent social media into meltdown came midway through the second half when television cameras focused on large numbers of Chelsea fans walking out of the stadium while Forest supporters bounced wildly in the away end.

That’s when the chant began.

Forest fans were first heard singing:

“You’re not singing anymore… you’re not singing anymore!”

The chant grew louder as more home fans headed for the exits. Moments later, supporters unveiled another song that quickly went viral online, with many calling it Forest’s new anthem.

The travelling supporters repeatedly sang:

“Everywhere we goooo… everywhere we goooo… people always ask us… who we are… and we say… Nottingham Forest… Nottingham Forest!”

The chant echoed around Stamford Bridge while stunned Chelsea fans watched in frustration. Clips of the moment quickly spread across X, TikTok and Instagram, generating huge reactions from football fans across the world.

@ForestFaithful posted: “That chant was unbelievable. We completely owned Stamford Bridge today.”

@NFFCJames wrote: “Make that our official anthem right now. Absolute scenes in that away end.”

@RedArmy1886 added: “Best away support in the Premier League and today proved it.”

Another fan, @TrickyTreesForever, posted:“Watching Chelsea fans leave while we kept singing was priceless.”

Neutral supporters also joined the online discussion.

@FootballCentral wrote: “Forest fans absolutely stole the headlines today. Incredible scenes.”

@PremFansHub posted: “The away end was louder than the entire home crowd combined.”

@EPLTalkDaily added: “That chant is going viral for a reason. Incredible atmosphere.”

Meanwhile, frustrated Chelsea supporters made their feelings known online after another disappointing display.

@CarefreeTom posted: “This was embarrassing. We looked completely lost.”

@BlueLionDaily wrote: “Fans leaving early tells you everything about how bad this performance was.”

@CFCLewis posted: “Forest deserved every bit of that win. We were awful.”

The result raises fresh questions for Chelsea F.C. as pressure continues to mount following another inconsistent performance. Their defensive errors proved costly, while their attack struggled to create meaningful chances until the game was already gone.

For Nottingham Forest F.C., however, this was a statement victory. Taiwo Awoniyi delivered a clinical performance with two goals, while Igor Jesus remained composed from the penalty spot.

But beyond the football itself, this match may be remembered most for the incredible scenes in the away end.

Videos of the chant continue to rack up millions of views online, with many supporters already demanding that Forest bring the song to every away game for the rest of the season.

One final viral post from @ForestVoice summed up the mood perfectly: “Three points, three goals, Chelsea fans leaving early and a brand-new anthem. Perfect away day.”

For Chelsea, it was humiliation on the pitch.

For Nottingham Forest fans, it was a day they may never forget.
